Turn what you see into images worth sharing. Over one day of theory and two guided dives you'll learn buoyancy for the camera, natural and artificial light, composition, and how to work close to your subject without disturbing the reef — so you surface with photographs that do the Syrian coast justice.
What you'll learn
- Setting up a camera and housing, and checking it before you get wet
- Shoot, review, adjust — the loop that actually improves a picture
- Getting close, and why almost every good shot is closer than you think
- Natural light, and what the sea takes out of it with depth
- Working with strobes and a video light
- Buoyancy for a photographer: holding still without holding on
- Composition, angle, and shooting slightly upward
- Handling your images afterwards
