Enrollment and payment.

You can enroll in a course as a guest or with an account. Enrolling creates an order; your place is confirmed when payment is confirmed.

We accept bank transfer (upload your proof of payment — our team reviews and confirms it), cash on arrival (your seat is reserved and payment is due at the academy), and card payment where available.

If a transfer proof cannot be verified you may upload it again. Unpaid orders expire after their payment window and the seat is released.

Refunds and cancellations.

You may cancel an unpaid order at any time at no cost.

Paid enrollments are refundable before the course starts. Refunds are reviewed and issued by the academy, and the linked enrollment is suspended.

Dive and flight bookings can be rescheduled subject to sea and weather conditions — safety calls are final.

Certification.

Certificates and numbered Diver IDs are issued automatically when you complete all required lessons, pass the final assessment, and your instructor signs off the practical requirements.

Our curriculum is PADI-aligned — taught to international standards and recognised worldwide. SDA is an independent academy; SDA credentials are issued by SDA.

Every credential is publicly verifiable at /verify. The academy may revoke a credential for safety, integrity, or an issuance error; revocation shows on the verification page.

Safety and liability.

Diving and paragliding carry inherent risk. You must declare relevant medical conditions truthfully and follow your instructor's briefings and limits at all times.

Any diver may call any dive, at any time, for any reason — including us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the academy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course or booking.
